Lobster is on sale here for $4.99 a pound...so off I went to get myself two 1 1/2 pounders....
I steamed them up with a piece of wonderful Jersey corn...melted a little bit of butter...added some lemon juice and a little bit of salt...put on my apron and went to town...
I felt almost like a cannibalistic person...but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do...It was wonderful...simple...and just what I wanted.
Yesterday was my 28th wedding anniversary...I ate lobster the first night of my honeymoon...
it feels like it was yesterday. I think when my guy gets home we shall have it again...but this time for two!
